Welcome to Conroe High School. My name is Randy Harris and I am the associate principal for school operations .

Conroe High School is a flagship for excellence. It is our mission to be a safe environment that promotes challenging programs with rigorous expectations and a supportive atmosphere that allows for individual differences while preparing students to become life-long learners and responsible citizens.

I am originally from Uvalde, Texas. Upon graduation I went to Texas A&M and was a member of the Corps of Cadets. My wife and I have 2 lovely daughters, Courtney and Kelly. We enjoy taking family vacations, usually by car. I am proud to say we have visited all 50 states. My family and I are members of Joyful Life Lutheran Church on FM 1488 where I serve as church president and confirmation teacher. I run with the Volte Endurance Club. Last April was honored to run the Boston Marathon.

I believe my purpose in life to change the world by changing the lives of students. The challenge is you never know who you might impact so you continue to strive to help each and every one. You just never know who it is you are going to make a difference for.

Guiding Principles
Respect each other.
Strive for excellence.
Seek personal mastery.
Display personal integrity.
Foster an open and caring dialog.
Be personally accountable for my words and deeds

Personal Values
Teach more - I can make the world a better place one student at a time.

Care more - People don't care about what you are doing till they know how much you care about them.

Dream more - Keep reaching for the stars but keep one foot on the ground.

Expect more - Remember, engineering says a bumblee can't fly.
